Ben Horne
The appeal of carrying lots of heavy equipment to a remote place and back, only to capture a handfull of scenes, is not something I understand (yet). Ben however does this while bringing a very zen-like attitude, thoroughly enjoying the trees he photographs. The pictures he takes are magnificent, due to painstakingly composing and sometimes waiting hours for the right lighting.
Ben photographs on film, using an 8x10 large format camera and mostly Fuji Provia 100F or Velvia 50 slide film.
